Öz

Bu makale, iyi yönetişim ve iyilik kavramlarının yeniliklerle nasıl bir araya geldiğini ve bu birleşimin gastrodiplomasi üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. İyi yönetişim şeffaflık, hesap verebilirlik ve katılım gibi unsurları içerirken, iyilik ise toplumsal faydaya yönelik eylemleri ifade eder. Buna ek olarak, gastrodiplomasi, ülkelerin kültürel miraslarından ve mutfak kültürlerinden yararlanarak uluslararası sahnede yumuşak güçlerini artırmalarına imkân tanır. Türkiye örneğinde yapılan analiz, yerel mutfak unsurlarının ve gastronomik zenginliklerin uluslararası düzeyde nasıl tanıtıldığını ve iyi yönetişim ile iyilik unsurlarının bu süreci nasıl desteklediğini incelemektedir. Ayrıca, bu süreçte yeniliklerin ve dijitalleşmenin rolü de değerlendirilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, Türkiye'nin gastrodiplomasi strateji ve uygulamalarının, ülkenin uluslararası ilişkilerdeki konumunu güçlendirme potansiyeli incelenmektedir. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'nin gastronomi alanındaki zenginliğini ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlarını kullanarak kültürel diplomasi ve yumuşak güç bağlamında nasıl bir örnek teşkil ettiğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
