Article Submission Guide

Dear Authors,

An article sent for a publication application goes through an evaluation process consisting of two stages: "Pre-examination" and "Peer review". As a result of the preliminary review phase, the article can be returned to the corresponding author, corrections can be requested or included in the referee evaluation process.

The articles submitted to our journal are reviewed by the editor and field editors for compliance with spelling rules. Studies that do not comply with these rules are not forwarded to the referees. Articles submitted by the writing and publication principles established by the field editors are directed to the referees for scientific evaluation. At least two referees carry out a scientific review. The field editors select the referees from the field of expertise of the article. In the referee evaluation process, which is conducted through double-blind refereeing, experts in the field who have conducted in-depth studies on the article are assigned as referees. For this purpose, referee research is carried out meticulously during the referee assignment process.

In scientific evaluation, the articles that receive a publishable evaluation from two referees enter the publication process. The study, which receives both positive and negative referee reports, is sent to a third referee, and a decision is made on whether to publish the analysis based on the third referee's report. As a result of the scientific evaluation, the correction suggestions and assessments of the referees are shared with the authors.

The authors must complete corrections from referees or editors within 1 month. The referees can decide on the suitability of the study by examining the corrections, and if necessary, they can request additional corrections for the relevant research.

The authors of the study can challenge peer-review reports in light of convincing data. The objections examined by the field editors, and, if deemed appropriate, the opinions of a different referee can be consulted on the subject. The editors of the journal are meticulously following the corrections given by the referees, and in this direction, they can decide to publish or reject the article.

The article you send should not contain any information about your identity. The information about the authors of the articles that are approved for publication after the peer review should be added by the authors at the stage of editing the articles.

You will be contacted within 1 week after submitting your article. The scientific evaluation period is 4 weeks. The referee who does not send his evaluation after the end of this period is replaced by a new referee.

You can submit your article (upload in ".doc"/".docx" formats) that you have prepared according to our Journal's Writing Rules and article layout by filling out this form. However, do not forget to upload your Author Form,  Similarity Report Form (upload in ".pdf" format) and Copyright Transfer Form (upload in ".pdf" format), showing that the plagiarism rate is below 20%.
